Our Story

HotSpring Southwest and Wales began in February 2009. After 2 decades in the hot tub industry, our founder decided to bring a premium spa brand into Bristol.

After seeing an increased need for hot tubs, we decided to expand our reach and open a new showroom in Plymouth soon followed by Cardiff, Swansea and Chepstow.

Quickly receiving numerous international and regional awards, we solidified our place in the hot tub industry.

Every person in our organisation is committed to following our Mission Statement: To be the dominant choice in the UK market for hot water relaxation products. To conduct business in an ethical manner that defines the standard for the industry. To provide the consumer with the ultimate experience and to be passionate about our products that make a difference to the health and well-being of others.
