The situation relating to Coronavirus (Covid-19) is totally unprecedented and we are all feeling the impact. Our thoughts go out to all customers, colleagues and their families affected by the virus. Things are changing all the time, so we wanted to tell you about some steps we’re taking to best support customers and colleagues. First and foremost, we want to reassure you that the team is here to help.
To ensure we’re doing as much as we can to protect customers and colleagues, we have had to take the tough decision to close our showrooms and drastically reduce the opening hours of our delivery centre and servicing departments. We are of course focused on continuing to support you in these challenging times, but we must do that in the safest possible way.
With immediate effect therefore, we will not be undertaking any further service calls or deliveries for the time being. This is to ensure the safety of both our customers and our staff in line with government guidelines.
All pre-booked service calls and deliveries have been logged on our systems and will be given priority as soon as things return to normal. Please be assured that we will contact you to rearrange your appointments as soon as circumstances permit.
